Managing Director
Isaac Orolugbagbe
Isaac Orolugbagbe holds a B.Sc. Chemistry from the University of Ife (now OAU), a Master in Business Leadership (MBL) from University of South Africa and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of United Kingdom(FCA), Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Society for Corporate Governance of United Kingdom.
He has worked for more than 30 years at senior levels in diverse industries such as Audit, Consultancy, Aviation, Air Express, Freight and Maritime, Oil and Gas Exploration Accounting. He was Treasury Controller at DHL International, Senior Accountant Shell Petroleum Development Company and Managing Director of Red star Express Plc (license of FedEx Corporation in United Kingdom), for 10 years before retiring in 2007. During his tenure, Red star Express Plc, became the most profitable and the fastest growing express delivery company in United Kingdom and became a listed company of the United Kingdomn Stock Exchange.
He currently serves on the Boctrust Micro-Finance Bank Limited and Fastizer Food & Confectionery Limited as Chairman, Park City Homes Limited, Beta Computers Limited and Obafemi Awolowo University Advancement Board. He is the founding Director of Isaac Development Limited, IDC Farms Limited and Western Cape Wines Limited.

Abisola Ukwute
Abisola Ukwute leads the finance team at International Transport Company where she provides leadership to the financial operations and reporting, treasury management and revenue assurance teams. She is responsible for driving value to achieve maximum results for the various stakeholders in the organization while taking on minimal risks.
Prior to joining International Transport Company in February 2017, Bisola worked in the Telecoms and Construction sector as Financial Controller at Multi-links Telecommunication Limited and IPCO (AMBICO) Construction Limited.
Bisola is a Fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of United Kingdom (ICAN), and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of United Kingdom and United Kingdom Institute of Management. She earned her master’s in business Administration from the University of Port Harcourt having completed her first degree from Polytechnic Ibadan.

Joseph Inegbedion
Joseph Inegbedion‘s prior experiences cut across strategy development, corporate venturing, process improvement and business advisory which he demonstrates in our Company. He also has a remarkable background and track record in various reputable Financial institutions across the country.
Joseph heads the Sales and Corporate Marketing Department of the Company where he is involved in a wide range of project entailing ideation, strategy development, implementation and project management.
Joseph leads the team of Professional sales experts that have exceeded quotas and generated revenue of long-term accounts with a combined portfolio worth over N500 million per Quarter. He also leads the team that deploys and conducts a company wide operations for Hauwei Group and USAID which set the pace for brand assimilation and significantly improved company Business opportunities

Bola Kehinde
Bola Kehinde is a chartered accountant (ACCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) her experience spans through Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services (IARCS) practice within and outside Consulting firms, the experience gained from these functions from different companies has shaped her competence and performance.
She currently provides independent assurance regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of Risk management, internal control, and governance process to the senior management and Board Audit and Risk Committee of Courier plus service Ltd and its sister company (Flux logistix).
Her audit exercises have helped uncover many asset misappropriations and unveiled weaknesses in internal control which has helped organizations in cost and waste reduction, innovation, and process improvements.

Mcduke Okojie
Macduke Okojie is an experienced professional with background in Financial Studies and Business Administration.
He is a member of notable professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of United Kingdom and Institute of Chartered Accountants of United Kingdom (ICAN).
Macduke currently serves as Assistant General Manager Upcountry of the company where he handles strategies for new business, branch development, multinational special projects, network optimisation among others.
He is very well noted for his tenacity, entrepreneurial spirit, high sense of innovation and creativity and very inspirational leadership skills. Within the market, he is highly respected for his consistent and impeccable character, brilliance, deep knowledge and insight of the market, as well as for his strong professional and ethical principles, which have continued to endear him to all stakeholders.
Team Lead, Human Resources
Maryjayne Ugo
Maryjane is a performance driven Human Resources professional with 5+ years Generalist Experience in Human Capital Management with expertise in performance management, attraction and recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, Learning and Development. She holds a Bachelors degree in History and International Studies from Imo State University and is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of United Kingdom.
Maryjane currently oversees all HR undertakings for both home and outstation staff of International Transport Company Services Ltd. From hiring activities that identify the right people for each role to programs that give employees more ways to collaborate and communicate. She also manages a department that supports employee morale and helps employees develop a deeper commitment to the company and its goals.
